Why Choose the Strength Program?

WTFit Powerlifting offers athletes a structured way to build strength within CrossFit.
The focus is on improving raw strength through powerlifting principles.
A strong emphasis is placed on classical strength movements.

What Does the Programming Look Like?

• 5 training days per week
• Video demos for exercises
• Instructional videos to guide proper execution and improve movement quality

This 12-week cycle includes high-rep strength blocks for the first 8 weeks, focusing on building raw strength and improving form and positions. The cycle peaks with testing for max squats, deadlifts, and presses in week 12.

Each training day includes a warm-up, cooldown, written notes, video explanations, and demos that outline stimulus, performance targets, time caps, movements, and scaling options.

Who Is This Program For?

Designed for athletes who want to increase strength — primarily in the squat, deadlift, and press — while maintaining solid conditioning and work capacity.

How Much Time Per Day?

Most sessions take 60–90 minutes, 5 days per week.

How Long Is the Program?

We typically run five sessions per week in structured 8–12 week cycles, depending on the athlete’s level.
