Why Choose the Endurance Program?

WTFit Endurance boosts your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
Endurance training helps improve your body’s aerobic capacity and muscular strength to maintain physical activity over long periods with reduced injury risk.

Cardiovascular endurance training focuses on aerobic exercises that enhance your body’s ability to use oxygen efficiently for sports performance.
Muscular endurance training conditions your muscles to handle progressively greater loads for longer periods.

It also prepares you for the rest of the WTFit training programs.

Who Is This Program For?

WTFit Endurance is designed for athletes seeking to improve their aerobic capacity through focused work on the three key monostructural movements commonly used in CrossFit:
running, rowing, and cycling.

How Much Time Per Day?

Most days take around 60 minutes, 5 days a week.

How Long Is the Program?

We typically program five sessions per week and follow structured 8–12 week cycles, depending on the athlete’s current level.
