Why Gymnastics Training?

WTFit Gymnastics gives athletes the opportunity to build endurance and power through focused gymnastics skills — helping you train with greater intensity and control.

For those who haven’t yet reached an advanced level, the program offers a structured path for progression, helping you build a foundation for your CrossFit gymnastics goals.

Created by Serhii Khomenko, this program prepares you to break through limitations and hit new targets.

You’ll get the chance to develop specific skills like ring muscle-ups, toe-to-bars, and handstand walks.

What Does the Programming Look Like?

WTFit Gymnastics includes 3–4 training sessions per week.
Each 8-week cycle focuses on building maximum strength output through conditioning, EMOMs, skill work, and overall work capacity.

Who Is This For?

Any athlete who wants to build confidence, endurance, control, and consistent progress in gymnastics skills.

How Much Time Per Day?

Most sessions take 60 minutes or less.

How Long Does the Program Last?

We usually work in 3–4 sessions per week, structured into 8-week cycles.
